Edge Aveda Men is a new Aveda Men’s Concept Salon set to open in The Veranda at Briar Chapel, Chapel Hill on October 1st, 2016.

ARTISTS
We want talented, full time hair artists who have a true passion for the craft of styling, barbering, and making clients look their best. This isn’t just a job, but a lifestyle and requires an eye for design and a love for the art.
COMMUNICATORS
We are looking for dynamic individuals who can listen to the needs of the client, execute the vision, and build lasting relationships. We want great communicators! This salon concept is based around a community, conversational feel, similar to the barbershops of the past. Authentic charisma is key.
TECHNICAL MASTERS
Consistency and efficiency are essential in the barbering experience. We seek people who can style with confidence and deliver an Aveda experience that will create customer loyalty and garner referrals! Outstanding educational opportunities will be offered within the Aveda Men’s Curriculum in order to promote individual growth and advancement, and to build upon the technical craft of barbering.
PROFESSIONALS
We strive to hire people with long term professional goals in the barbering world and the motivation and execution to achieve them. We will offer a competitive compensation program once benchmarks are successfully attained, and goals are continually met.
